The Traceable Designer® Classic Scalloped Valance Kit makes it possible to create beautifully shaped, custom-fitted scalloped window treatments using your own decorator fabric — with no sewing machine, pattern drafting, wood boards, stapling, or upholstery experience required.

At the heart of the kit is the reusable Classic Scalloped TraceShaper™ form. Position the form on your prepared fabric, trace the engineered scalloped shape, then use the patented Slide-and-Trace™ system to expand and adjust the design to fit your window.

Because the TraceShaper™ form is reusable, you can create unlimited valances for different windows, rooms, fabrics, seasons, and decorating styles over time.

The Classic Scalloped design gives you flexible layout options. Create a single centered scallop, repeat scallops across wider windows, use dipped or open-span arrangements, or choose a cleaner straight-span layout depending on the look you want. 

The finished valance hangs from a standard curtain rod or wraparound rod using the patented no-sew rod-pocket construction method. The customer prepares the fabric, traces the TraceShaper™ edges, cuts and finishes along the traced line, then hangs the completed fabric valance from the rod.
